[Michigan_LT] Post-mortem Application of PA 446?

Dear Colleagues:

Can anyone tell me whether a post-mortem application of Michigan Public Act 446 is permitted if the land is placed in a conservation easement within a year of death? We are working on a 120-acre easement with three siblings whose last surviving parent died in January 2008.
