[Michigan_LT] Conservation real estate transactions

Dear people,
	In the past, there have been orgranizations that specialize in
bringing conservation buyers together with land that is preserved
by conservation easements, etc. Is there such an outfit in operation
today,
or do you have a list of recommended real-estate companys that opereate
in Southern Michigan? Thanks for any leads you can send my way.
