[Michigan_LT] CE appraisal

Hello All,

We are having trouble getting a CE appraisal done here in Keweenaw County per the standards and practices described in the SJ Small "Preserving Family Lands" book (and to federal Yellow Book standards).  Mr. Small suggests having an experienced "review appraiser" work with a local appraiser (who does all the legwork).

Q:  Does anyone know of an experienced appraiser in MI who would be willing to serve as the "review appraiser" (or even come to the Keweenaw if possible)?
